- Manage our Global IT Asset Management Process
- Further develop our existing IT Asset Management Process (Process Design)
- Make sure the IT Asset Management Process is running efficiently
- Own and maintain the IT Asset Management documentation
- Act as the CMDB Product Owner and coordinate the agile development activities
- Engage with other ICT teams to continuously improve our IT Asset Management Procedures
- Develop and report on KPI, SLA, and OLA
- Monitor and manage process compliance
