Position Overview: The Social Media Account Manager will oversee the creative and strategic aspects of social media management while coordinating client relationships. This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and conveying these effectively to the internal team.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies in alignment with client objectives.
  • Content Creation: Craft and oversee the creation of compelling content, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with audiences through social media platforms to foster community and brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media trends and performance. Prepare and present social media reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations.

  • Event Coverage: Manage live social media coverage during client events.
  • Design Coordination: Liaise with the design team for visual content requirements.
  • Content Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling and posting of social media content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media and client management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical proficiency.
