IT Manager

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage the integration of electronic health records (EHR) and other IT solutions to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT staff to develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard patient information and maintain data integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on IT systems and applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of Proven 08 Years of experience in healthcare IT management, with a focus on implementing and optimizing electronic health record systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and data privacy laws.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in project management, system integration, and IT infrastructure planning.
