What’s On Your Plate?

• Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with various functions and country teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
• Identify, develop & optimize growth channels to drive revenue growth.
• Analyse marketing/ Sales data and users’ feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to decision-making future marketing strategies.
• Experiment with new ideas and investigate results for better potentiality of Growth and achieve targets through different channels.
• Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of different business activities.
• Work closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results.
• Leverage existing tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity.
• Establish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible (this is based on resources and MIS we have)
• Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.
