Job Description
Education and Experience: A college degree in a related field such as hospitality management, marketing, or education may be required. Previous experience running camps or educational programs would be beneficial.
Leadership and organization: The ability to lead and direct the work team, and organize the activities and programs provided in the camp.
Administrative skills: Human resources and budget management skills, and the ability to plan various activities and events.
Communication and Public Relations: The ability to communicate with camp workers, families, and external parties such as schools and the local community.
