• Coordinate with overseas vendors to manage imports activities to meet service level
  
• Develop and implement supply chain strategy for international business
  
• Assist in managing shipment and custom activities for import
  
• Work with vendors to identify and eliminate logistics obstacles to ensure safe and timely shipping of
  
• Develop standard operating procedures and scheduling/shipping practices for efficiently carrying out logistics
  
• Negotiate over the road, sea and air freight quotes with
  
• Inform cost changes, shipment issues, supply concerns to respective personnel and team in timely
  
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, material flow improvement, and business
  
• Review customer orders to determine items to be stocked and
  
• Ensure that logistics system is operated in accordance with local, state and federal customs
  
• Ensure that logistics activities are in compliance with United States Customs and Border Protection
  
• Develop and monitor international routing instructions for
  
• Maintain good relationships with vendors, and service providers to improve overall business performance
  

Requirements

• Must have proven experience in
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and
  
• Experience in customer service will be
  
• Knowledge of laws and freight regulations
  
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes and
  
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
