- Strong experience with collections, preferably in the digital advertising sector.
- Deep understanding of collection practices in the local market.
- Familiarity with the workflow of debt collection business and proficiency in relevant debt collection skills.
- Exhibits sound business judgment and the ability to influence others to deliver results.
- Fluent and Proficient in English and Arabic as the collector needs to conduct site visit with the customers and have close communication with them.
