- Main responsibility of Sales manager depends on Budgeting, planning, control of cost, training & coaching, setting objectives, effective and efficient communication with all the employees in a professional manner.
- Develop, plan & manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where organization can flourish.
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth of the company’s products.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
