Summary:

Airgain is looking for an experienced Director of Sales EMEA with a demonstrated history of successful work in the Telecom industry. We need an expert who has a deep understanding of the EMEA market and a versatile sales skill set. The Director of Sales EMEA will be calling on OEMs that sell telecom gear to cable operators. The Director of Sales EMEA will help us capture maximum business opportunities available with our embedded antenna / outdoor and indoor external antenna systems. Additionally, the Director of Sales EMEA will be working closely with both the technical and business community with tier 1 telecom gear makers in EMEA, in some cases at the c-level, nurture them, and eventually drive the adoption of Airgain antenna systems technology to help them reduce churn and limit OPEX.

The Director of Sales EMEA will have a chance to enjoy selling a much-demanded embedded and external antenna systems with a number of unique selling propositions and market leadership by multiple criteria. This person will make use of their knowledge and experience. This Director of Sales will help the masses stay safe online with a comprehensible product with no barriers to purchase.

Essential Function:

  • Leads, builds, and manages sales growth with our EMEA tier-1 direct customers inclusive of driving growth strategy, refining processes building strong customer relationships; and, of course, closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining customer resources, discovering new potential customers, and organizing and executing sales strategies to achieve long-term, good, and stable cooperative relationships between the company and customers.
  • Strongly expand the EMEA market, develop and manage various channels, effectively guide the market behavior of channel merchants and system integrators, such as promotion, business channel development, terminal image building, team management, etc.
  • Responsible for coordinating business between the company and regional distributors, ensuring smooth communication, and working well as distributors to achieve revenue target
  • Responsible for providing business guidance to distributors/ system integrators within the jurisdiction, effectively cultivating their brand awareness
  • Market analysis and strategy formulation: closely monitor market trends, and based on market analysis and competitor intelligence, timely propose sales strategy suggestions and update sales measures.
  • Service awareness and sustainable management awareness, establishing a global benchmark business
  • Establishes corporate client relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.
  • Leads and manages the cultivation, pursuit strategy, and pursuit execution to include the client pipeline, proposals, presentations, deal underwriting, and other client-facing meetings and materials.
