- Standard Engineering Processes of Software companies (e.g., Release Management, Incident Management)
- CI/CD technology (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Scripting and automation of routine tasks (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Data analysis and insights (e.g., Grafana, PowerBI)
- Process definition and governance: assess status-quo of established processes, define appropriate target process landscape, and derive improvement needs.
- Communication, presentation, and change management skills: ensure organization follows target Engineering Operations.
