In this role, you will form part of the Executive Management team, helping to develop and refine the company's vision and ensuring that the overall business strategy is translated into annual operational work plans for the Contracts and Procurement department. As a leader, you will provide overall direction, direction and motivation to your team to maximize performance. You will be responsible for managing change, reporting on progress and financial performance against budget and identifying any opportunities for improvement. As the focal point for the Tender Committee, you will provide all necessary input to bidding, manage and develop appropriate contract frameworks, and ensure they are all in compliance with the company's legal standards.
