We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Office Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our office. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising administrative staff and ensuring the efficient functioning of all office systems and procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and management skills, a strong understanding of office technology and processes, and a proven track record of effective operations management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain office technology and equipment
  • Coordinate and manage office projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Track and manage office budget and expenses
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
