- Hire and manage the FinCrime Ops team who own processes such as Know Your Customer, Enhanced Due Diligence, Proof of Address, sanctions & PEPs screening, anti-fraud practices, and transaction monitoring
- Create and manage OKRs and KPIs for your team
- Be a supportive mentor and coach for your team in developing their success and career path
- Handle FinCrime-related escalations with professionalism, care, and expediency
- Own FinCrime-related risk and incident management
- Design, document, and enforce policies to safeguard our customers, our employees, and our business
