Overview

This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, you need to be based in the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, France or Poland.

Your future team

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager in EMEA, you will be developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies to improve business growth. Fuelled by a passion for field marketing, you collaborate across departments to oversee the planning and implementation of diverse field marketing programs throughout the EMEA region. These programs, aligned with regional and segment-specific sales priorities and revenue targets, encompass field events, partner programs, account-based strategy, webinars, demos, and executive programs. Your responsibilities extend to aligning regional marketing efforts with the business objectives and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. Additionally, you partner with the local sales team to identify target markets, create impactful marketing campaigns, and assess campaign effectiveness, resulting in generating leads, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement.

You will report to the Head of Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns, inclusive of field events, partner programs, account-based strategy, webinars, demos, and executive programs, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand market dynamics and customer needs
  • Analyze data to measure the success of campaigns, providing insights for optimizing regional marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors within EMEA.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay informed.
  • Actively support quality pipeline development in the EMEA customer base.
  • Communicate and brief the sales team program status and performance, and new and planned marketing activities and assets.
  • Localize programs led by broader marketing teams to impact expansion pipeline in EMEA and increase customer account engagement
  • Manage events with pipeline generation mindset and operational rigor. Majority of planning focus in pre-event demand generation and post event follow-up while ensuring operational excellence for the logistics such as venue management, budget management, vendor management.
  • Partner with Product Marketing for competitive intelligence, creation of field communications campaign assets for sales.
  • Work with Demand Generation team to expand contacts, develop campaign assets, and promote sales development strategies by segment and vertical.
  • Align with GTM leadership, to understand territory goals, performance targets, key accounts, and act as the primary marketing contact for EMEA enterprise sales.
  • Engage top customers, collaborate with the Partner team to understand sales opportunities, and drive partner engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of field marketing experience in an enterprise technology company
  • In-depth knowledge of creating and implementing lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration programs, strategies, and best practices.
  • Results and metrics-driven with outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability and passion to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region and occasionally internationally.

Nice To Have

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
  • Excellent project management skills.
