Job Description
Education and training:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in hotel management, marketing, or related field. Certifications or courses in spa management increase the attractiveness of a resume.
Experience:
Previous experience as a spa manager or similar positions in hotels or health facilities. Preferably, experience should be at least 3-5 years.
Management and leadership:
Ability to effectively manage and lead a spa team, including directing, directing and motivating staff.

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs and inquiries.
Marketing and promotion:
