Hardware and Software support for two physical data centers in a production application

Hands-on experience supporting the following:

On-Premises break-fix in two Greater Cleveland Locations

Firewall management and configuration:

• Fortinet Firewalls
• Fortinet Web App Firewalls

Hardware Server and Storage support and Management

• Dell/PowerStore SAN units
• Dell/PowerEdge Server Units
• Dell Fiber SAN Switches

Switch management and configuration

• Cisco Switches
• VMware / VCenter Configuration and Management
• Vsphere
  

Window server OS support

• Active directory for production application environment
• WSUS OS Windows patching
• SQL Server Cluster management
• DFS

SSL Certificate management

• Vormetric/Thales Support and management
• Data Security Manager/Transparent Encryption Agents
• GlobalScape EFT support
• Solarwinds WEBHelpDesk support
• Familiarity with Linux/bash (to support Oracle ODAs and variance Linux appliances)
• Familiarity with Qualsys
