- You possess a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5-6 years in a similar role.
- You have an expertise in organisation change management in public/ private sector in the GCC, and an experience working with different disciplines (behavioural and social, information and business solutions) and are able to recognise the changes in the business environment.
