cTrace Solutions is actively recruiting for multiple Registered Nurses for our client in New York, NY. There are positions available in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. *Initially 3 months, with potential for extension beyond
Applicants will be responsible for performing CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Position patients and equipment to ensure optimal imaging quality.
- Administer contrast material as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and images.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the best imaging options for patients.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
- Educate patients on the imaging process and ensure their comfort during the procedure.
Requirements
- License as a radiologic technologist, nuclear medicine technologist or in radiation therapy issued by the NYSDOH.
- Post primary certification in computed tomography issued by the ARRT.
- 1 year of previous experience as a CT Technologist.
