Payment Anti-Fraud Analyst Part time

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other financial brokers.

Due to the department's growth, we are looking for an energetic, open-minded, and highly organized Payment Anti-Fraud Specialist to join our team.

This position involves monitoring, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent payment activities across our operations.

The working model of the role is a part time and involves also weekends and holidays.

You'll be operating during the hours of 6 pm to 2 am GMT+2 (Cyprus time).

Tasks in the role:

• Payment Fraud Detection: Utilize advanced tools and techniques to proactively identify and prevent fraudulent transactions within our payment systems;
• Withdrawal request verification
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of fraud cases, investigations, and resolutions, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards;
• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support and IT, to resolve fraud-related issues and improve payment security.
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
• Experience in payment antifraud, risk management, or a related field in the IT industry;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
