Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Office of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER BAHRAIN.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting studies to determine the effectiveness of work procedures, overlap in functions, manpower utilization, and information and documentation systems; 2) Conducting management studies to analyze an organization's distribution of work assignments; 3) Developing and executing manpower studies to include personnel reductions, shifting of workloads, and use of personnel for reorganizing/realigning the organization; 4) Reviewing and analyzing the command's personnel policies, hiring practices, and disciplinary procedures to recommend changes; and 5) Analyzing command missions, management objectives, and organizational goals to project personnel needs and potential problems. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Relocation and recruitment incentives up to 25% may be authorized. The current workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Employees hired from continental U.S. will receive Sunday Premium Pay (computed at 25% of basic hourly rate, eight hours per week). The Office of the Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) limits the number of Bahrain based DoD personnel accompanied tours. Dependent entry approval from Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command is required for all accompanied tours prior to extending the final job offer and prior to issuing Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders. Accompanied tours are not guaranteed.
