Job Description

- Handle high demands from the customer as a front facing representative with utmost competence during the various phases and until the delivery of the project in all aspects related to functional deliverables
- Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from stakeholders on the specifications
- Collaborate between the customer and the software development team to develop and propose solutions that meet the customer’s business requirements throughout the development lifecycle
- Work amicably with senior QC team members who also function as business analysts for the product
