- Maintain/ update documentation controls tracking tools and indices to ensure proper tracking of all SOPs /controlled and to ensure optimal application of all quality assurance policies, procedures, guidelines and processes.
- Provide insight to improve processes and practices to ensure quality is maintained while efficiency is optimized.
- Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs.
- Analyze and investigate complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with TAWAL’s guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update TAWAL complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of quality issues and complaints.
