Balance Trial and Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform monthly reconciliation by comparing transaction records with bank statements, ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the real picture of the company financial position. And prepare monthly Balance Sheet analysis
Statement of Accounts Management:
- Match vendor and customer statements, confirming balances and keeping accounts up to date.
- Conduct balance confirmations for customers, vendors, and employees with loans at the end of the fiscal year.
Financial Reporting
- Record all financial transactions, including journals, payments, and receipts.
- Create comprehensive expense reports covering office supplies, shipping, and stationary.
