Chief Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead a high-performing HR team across all functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and diversity & inclusion.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent globally.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
• Oversee leadership development programs to build the next generation of leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR matters.
• Manage and optimize the HR budget and resources efficiently.
• Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices and integrate them into the company's HR strategy.
• Travel internationally as required to support global operations.

About You:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role in a large, complex organization.
• Experience working in a global environment with a strong understanding of international HR practices.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative HR strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and employees at all levels.
• Deep understanding of employment law and regulations.
• Passion for building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
