Job Description
Education and training:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field. Higher education enhances the attractiveness of a resume.
Experience:
Extensive experience in the field of engineering, preferably experience as a building engineer or maintenance engineer over many years. Previous experience as an executive or engineering manager would be beneficial.
Driving skills:
Ability to effectively manage and lead a team of engineers, and motivate them to achieve maintenance and operation goals.
Planning skills:
Ability to strategically plan maintenance and repairs and organize resources effectively.
Technical knowledge:
Deep technical knowledge in various fields of engineering, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical engineering.
