Job description-
The ideal candidate will be involved with invoicing, reconciling bank statements, maintaining petty cash, updating gold and diamond inventory, complying with various TDS and IT and other tax requirements and tallying stock. Moreover, the candidate must have a knowledge of the current tax requirements and a strong business acumen. The candidate must have prior experience working with a diamond jewellery brand.
Responsibilities
Keeping physical and book inventory reconciled
Ensuring timely collection of amount due from the clients
Issuing invoices to the clients
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Prepare tax documents and filing various monthly tax returns as needed
Compile and analyze expense and revenue statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
