- Comply with established guidelines in UFC, Operations and Maintenance: Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems.
- Repairs shall meet all OEM requirements and NFPA codes and standards.
- Maintain, inspect, and test fire protection systems to operate as designed and in accordance with NFPA.
- All maintenance, inspection and testing shall be recorded on the appropriate American Fire Sprinkler Association Form listed in NFPA 72, NFPA 25 Standards for the inspection, testing and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems
