This is a remote position.
Participate in customer-facing workshops and discovery - often with customer s technical team, and develop a technical deployment plan
Ensure detailed integration with other systems and apps, including Salesforce, Google,
Microsoft, IDP software other SaaS products and custom apps/bots
Securely set up, refresh and reconfigure a customer s Slack environment based on IT, governance and technical requirements
Create and present detailed technical information, supporting the sales cycle and assisting with scoping work efforts for complex endeavors
Build, design and develop custom Slack applications that tackle major client roadblocks such as onboarding, recognition, polling etc
Identify the gaps between current and desired end-states of Slack and plan solutions
Support and escalate points for technical issues and resolve Slack escalation queues
Assist with delivery management processes and enforcement
Offer training on all Slack, custom Slack apps, workflows etc
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Tech Lead / Solutions Architect
Fluency in English to ensure smooth communication with international teams and good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with web services/ RESTful APIs
Strongholds in databases, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL models
Expertise in configuration and integration using tools like PowerShell, JavaScript, Postman, etc.
Strong grasp of JavaScript (NodeJS) / Python and AWS
Knowledge of digital workplace tools, specifically Slack Admin, Slack Workflows, Slack Forms, Slack APPs and APIs (SFDC a bonus!) Uses Slack in daily work
Hands-on proficiency with data exchanges
Familiarity with networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks
Understanding of cloud security models and API security models and DLP providers
Practical knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
Experience working in an Agile environment
You possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to go a mile deep with technical customer resources or to describe the most basic capabilities to a business user
You have excellent presentation skills for presenting both business-oriented solutions and sophisticated technical concepts
You have experience leading and crafting technical projects, engaging with and motivating change across multiple IT executives and organizational levels.
You have experience working directly with Sales and Success teams, Consultants, and System Integrators
