Education and Licensing: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited university. Must be registered with the local medical authority and hold a medical license.
Clinical Training: Completing a clinical training period after obtaining the first medical degree.
Medical Skills: Ability to diagnose common conditions, administer initial treatments, and issue prescriptions.
Communication and human interaction: Good communication skills with patients to understand symptoms, explain treatment plans, and interact professionally with other medical team.
