As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for managing the culinary operations of our Greek-Mediterranean Restaurant - Mykonos. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to managing daily kitchen activities, including overseeing team members, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. You will ensure a high quality dining experience in accordance to the hotel standards. You will ensure all hygiene, cost control systems are followed and maintain a close working relationship with F&B and other operational departments.
