- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a high-performing IT team
- Manage cyber security initiatives to ensure the safety and integrity of systems.
- Lead IT projects and initiatives, including overseeing a PMO and managing high-risk projects. Provide leadership and guidance on IT budgeting, reporting, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with executive teams and attend meetings to provide IT insights and support.
- Ensure robust day-to-day operations of IT systems.
- Oversee the procurement of IT equipment and services, including managing vendors and contracts
