- Provide monthly/quarterly business performance reviews to CFO/CEO
- Provide consolidated MTP review by asset / investment / projects.
- Together with the CFO’s of the projects, ensure efficient business performance & MTP reviews with the countries
- Provide in-depth cost analysis.
- Prepare & organize quarterly review meetings per support functions (Finance, HR, Legal & IT)
- Support the G&A performance plan target setting & propose action plans in close coordination with countries & projects.
