- Supports SharePoint Site Configuration and Administration; Business Process Analysis, Mapping and Re-Engineering; Knowledge Management (KM); and KM Training task areas.
- Performs site collection and site configuration and administration activities to ensure the health of the supported site collection is in good standing.
- Addresses any critical items reported by site collection health checks pertaining to site collection health that degrade performance or adversely impact the integrity of the site collection.
