HR & Admin Manager is the one who Maintains and enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
Responsibility Deliverable
Manage the human resources so as to
Hiring and developing human resource
Managing the admin activities
Tasks & Activities
Human resource management
Responsible to ensure payroll systems and statutory compliances are met
Create a conducive working environment for people to work efficiently
Team Building, Motivation, Communication.
Attendance and other time discipline areas to be streamlined
Maintaining Employee Records
Establishing KRAs and KPIs and doing Employee appraisals
Addressing grievances of employees
Human Resource Development
Recruit people- white and blue collared based on organisational requirements from time to time
Hiring interns from colleges and other avenues for building the talent pool
Generate policies and procedures for continuous identification of training needs of the both workmen and the staff.
Prepare training calendar for the company.
Appointing and Managing labour contractors
Develop and improvise the HR policies of the company
Compliances
Managing all HR related compliances
Liaison with external officers
Admin
Managing all admin vendors and identifying new vendors
Ensuring all admin activities are done from time to time
Managing housekeeping
Metrics
Reduction in attrition rate
