- Collaborate with business analysis team, sales, and customer care to collect market insights. Leverage customer data to enhance product features, functionalities, user journey, etc.
- Create new products definition and guidelines for clients and ensure excellent customer experience for products and services launched, by conducting customer journey, user centric design and usability tests, in order to deliver a simple, reliable and rich customer experience
- Ensure timely resolution of issues relating to product and services that affect customers, sales and other teams.
- Develop products / services brief and final Business Case and liaise with relevant teams to create and maintain continuous improvement of all products processes, procedures methods and documents.
