- Handel the customers urgent cases.
- Manage relationships between customers and Service Providers (Car rental companies).
- Manage and validate the canceled bookings from each party (Customers and Suppliers).
- Ensure to validate customers compensations.
- Following up with customers and Service Providers for any requirements
- Mange customer’s bookings for any requirements
