- Conduct project (internal/external) stakeholder(s) integration meetings, managing actions/issues list/log, risk register, safety audits, among other project management, monitoring, troubleshooting, reviews, to ensure seamless transition through knowledge management of project documentation
- Develop MoUs, RFPs, RFQs, SLAs, contracts, and other required tendering documents, including SoW of various mobility projects
- Facilitate in document submissions for responsible project(s) and ensure their timely review and approvals focusing on business continuity, risk mitigation, quality management, health and safety standards
