- Have thorough Knowledge of Heavy Vehicles (Multi Axle Dump Trucks, Buses, Trailers / Walking Flower Trailers, Wheel Loaders, Bulldozers, Road Sweepers, Vacuum Trucks, etc.)
- Have thorough Knowledge of LCV’s (Half Trucks, Pick-Up Trucks, Forklifts, SUV’s Sedans, etc.) of various makes as above.
- Handling and Transportation of Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Products, Fuel (Sand, Clinker, Bauxite, Coal, RDF, etc.) between Jettty, Plant, In-Plant / External Storage Yards and Facilities (distance varying from 10 KMS – 150 KMS 1-Way)
- Develop Computerized Systems for Monitoring Dispensing / Reconciliation of Diesel, Consumable Fluids (Lubricating Oil, Fluids / Oils for Brakes, Wiper, Hydraulic Systems, Transmission Systems, etc.), Consumables (Filters for Fuel, Lubricating Oil, Air, etc.) and preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Annual Reports for the Management, with an emphasis on Cost Const Control / Cost Reduction.
- Develop Computerized Systems for Monitoring Replacement of Tires, Overhauling of Engines, Gearboxes, etc. and preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Annual Reports for the Management with an emphasis on Cost Control / Const Reduction.
- Coordination with Cement Plant Personnel for Transportation of Raw Materials and Fuel both In-Plant and External and accordingly Plan Maintenance Schedules of Transport Fleet.
