About VAP Group :

We are a global Blockchain, AI and Crypto consulting firm with multiple solutions for our clients including Marketing & PR, Media House, Staffing & Recruitment, Events among others. The Global AI Show is a launch event under the VAP Group umbrella.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our event business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorships for our events, ensuring the success of our initiatives and contributing to the growth of the business. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual with a proven track record in sponsorship sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential sponsors and partners.
  • Develop a list of leads and maintain a database of prospects.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential sponsors.

Sales and Pitching:

  • Create compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to the needs and objectives of potential sponsors.
  • Conduct presentations and pitch sponsorship opportunities to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables to secure sponsorship agreements.

Account Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors and ensure the successful execution of sponsorship agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors.
  • Monitor and report on the fulfillment of sponsorship obligations.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for sponsorship and partnership growth.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to align sponsorship opportunities with event strategies and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of sponsorships into events.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sponsorship sales performance, including revenue forecasts, progress, and ROI.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sponsorship strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sponsorship sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and pitching abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales management tools.
  • Adept at market research and analysis.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
