- Provide editorial and creative guidance and support to colleagues, including helping to develop creative briefs, establishing communication with project leads, advising on external agencies where required and ensuring appropriate use of the verbal and visual identity.
- Develop and execute content strategies to deliver high-quality and cost-effective editorial and creative projects, including conducting research, liaising with stakeholders and in-house teams in alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Identify target audience preferences and trends to enhance content relevance and engagement & work with internal stakeholders to evaluate materials and gather audience insights to inform future projects and improve user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to innovate content approaches.
