Human Resources Operations Specialist

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

The role is focused on developing and implementing fine-tuning and implementing enhancements to Target Operating Model of a capability focused on vulnerability governance, including procedures, working instructions, documentations, trainings and aligning the remediation and governance process across the organization to ensure unified approach and enforce risk reduction.

Responsibility & Duties

Development and implementation of Target Operating Model for a new operational capability

.

Coordinating project actions of capability dedicated to driving vulnerability remediation actions

.

Manage and report on SLA fulfilment related to the service related contract within specified project scope

.

Ensuring relevant stakeholders are aware of new security patches and appropriate action has been taken

.

Effectively orchestrate and drive efforts of a security specialists sub-team to ensure solid and sustainable process results

.

Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure process and operations are planned and managed accurately

Essential Skills

.

Good understanding of patching & vulnerability management and governance

.

Advanced trouble-shooting and conceptual skills with the ability to come up with solutions to uncommon problems related to remediation actions

.

Knowledge and experience in container virtualization technologies will be a strong asset

.

Ability to identify and improve performance measurement and reporting processes

.

Experience in predicting, identifying, and resolving risks related to the managed services

.

Experience with process and service management across different locations and a multi-sourced environment

.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization & build consensus

.

Superb written and oral communication skills (English)

Nice to Have Skills

.

Microsoft Certification on M365 will be an asset.

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours.

Monthly Salary: Negotable all-inclusive basis per month.

Over time: Yes (Subject to project manager s written approval)

Special Notes: Consultant must have his/her own computing device and highspeed internet connect at home to perform daily remote jobs.
