Job Description
Education and Training: Degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering or related field. Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) may be beneficial.
Knowledge of systems and technologies: Deep knowledge of different operating systems such as Windows and Linux, good understanding of networking, Internet protocols, and cybersecurity basics.
Repair and diagnostic skills: The ability to diagnose and solve users' technical problems effectively and quickly, and perform preventive maintenance and repair when needed.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
