Teaching Specialist- Open to International relocation

Job Description:

We are seeking talented and dedicated individuals from the international education sector who are willing to relocate to the Middle East. We have a range of roles available in the education sector, catering to diverse skill sets and experiences.

Roles Available:

• Teachers/Instructors: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and grade levels. Develop curriculum, assessments, and instructional materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Academic Coordinators: Oversee curriculum development, assessment strategies, and teacher training programs. Ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• School Administrators: Manage day-to-day operations of educational institutions, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and facilities management. Foster a positive learning environment and promote collaboration among staff, students, and parents.
• Educational Psychologists/Counselors: Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges. Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to promote student success and well-being.
• Special Education Teachers: Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or exceptionalities. Collaborate with other professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
• Higher Education Faculty/Researchers: Teach courses, conduct research, and publish scholarly work in universities and colleges. Mentor students, supervise research projects, and contribute to the academic community through service and outreach activities.
• Language Instructors: Teach English as a second language (ESL), foreign languages, or other specialized language courses. Develop engaging lessons and materials to enhance language acquisition and fluency.
• Education Consultants: Provide expert advice and support to educational institutions, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Offer guidance on program development, policy implementation, and educational reform initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Teaching, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are preferred for certain roles.
• Relevant experience in the education sector, with a minimum of 2-5 years for entry-level positions and 5-10 years for leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
