Human Resources Specialist

Education and Qualifications: A college degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often required. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP (Human Resources Management Professional Certification) or PHR (Professional Human Resources Certification) can be helpful.

Experience: Previous experience in human resources is beneficial. Requirements may be related to job level, experience may be preferred for entry-level or mid-level specialists.

Technical skills: Proficiency in using Human Resources Management (HRIS) software, a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, and good communication skills.

Communication and interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate with employees, resolve conflicts, and build effective relationships with employees.
