About the Job: Assist the Manager QR Shafallah to coordinate all matters relating to handling of Shafallah special needs individuals. Ensure that all queries/ concerns are dealt with in a speedy and effective manner. Key accountabilities include: .

Monitor the system changes I updates in staff records of special needs individuals (GEMS, Staff Travel, HRES) as required .

Handle all work related materials as required by Shafallah special needs individuals .

Responsible for handover of special needs individuals to their respective parents/guardians after duty hours and maintain log for the same .

Ensure cleanliness of work environment for Shafallah special needs individuals .

Assist the Manager QR Shafallah in handling day-to-day tasks related to Shafallah special needs individuals. .

Assist Manager QR Shafallah to improve the working conditions and help special needs individuals to adjust and adapt themselves to the working environments .

Translate official documents from English to Arabic and vice-versa.
