Task Overview

- We will communicate the attractiveness and initiatives of the company while understanding its business policies, systems, and organizational status.

- We will also work on projects in the web domain, including recruitment-related website/service management, production of event LPs, and proposal to execution of web improvement measures.

Position Details

Main Task

- Operation and improvement of the company's recruiting website, content planning (interviews, etc.)

- SNS planning and management

- Recruitment PR work using other media

- KPI numerical design, effectiveness measurement using numerical values, and planning proposals based on these values

- Novelty production, etc.

- You will be able to propose new measures on your own and be involved in everything from planning to execution.

- The measures you take and the contents you produce are directly related to the company's overall image, so you can improve your branding skills.

Work Environment

It currently consists of three members.

All of them are mid-career employees in their 30s to early 40s, and they are working together while making the most of their respective areas of expertise.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Those who have experience in public relations, marketing, service planning, editing, production, or other Information dissemination to external parties, and who are interested in HR fields.

- Those who have experience in setting issues on their own, planning measures, and measuring their effectiveness.

- Experience in project management

Desired Qualifications:

- Persons with experience in recruitment publicity or HR (persons with experience in planning and operation of recruitment)

- Experience with HR services or HR companies

- Analytical experience with Google Analytics/BI tools

- Experience in editing and writing

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
