Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Description

 Ensuring all our stores are exceptionally presented and following the seasonal display guidelines. Ensure best sellers are in prime position
and the floor merchandising reflects the season
 Involvement in the VM and Marketing of product launches and promotional activity, in particular layout detail to maximize sales and add on
 Coach and develop store teams and store management across all stores in Visual Merchandising / Display techniques to ensure the highest
brand standards are delivered
 Liaise with suppliers/ manufactures regarding maintenance and design of window concepts, installation and in-store props
 Occasional travel to support the VM team with new store openings, seasonal launches and conducting the VM checklist
 Analyze daily sales information from the stores and react to it accordingly, weekly schedule to visit priority stores
 Works alongside the area managers and retail teams to ensure that the best visual practice is in place at all times
 To participate in any VM training and development and cascade down to team members, working within the VM budget and to be cost
sensitive
