- We are a small team so collaboration is key. You must be a team player and able to work with your team, producer, and creative lead to achieve animation goals as the tasks will be varied from project to project
- Understand the basics of storytelling, narrative, plot and how they all translate to motion.
- Ideal artist is highly organized, self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of fundamental visual design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and framing are crucial to this role as well.
- Enthusiasm to hone your craft and do what it takes to help a job succeed.
