- Ensure alignment of the vendor management support activities and efforts with Managed Services and Vendor Management priorities and operational goals.
- Help ensure effective and professional support services are provided to all technology operations in areas of monitoring and assessing vendors’ performance and service quality capitalising on respective corporate-level processes and guidelines.
- Facilitate the implementation of effective vendor management framework and execution policies, procedures and guidelines taking into account Mobily-level vendor management guidelines as well as the Technology Operations specifics.
- Work with Technology Operations Departments to track, monitor and report on vendors’ performance and submit associated documents/ reports to line management for review and feedback.
