User Experience Designer

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Ability to translate user stories/requirements and user feedback into design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Penpot or similar UX design tools.
• Experience incorporating accessibility into UX design strategy
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Experience and ability to work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets the intended user experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCD, or a related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
